Pool Sharks & Craft Cocktails: This Mission Bar Is About to Become Your New Weekend Hangout

Neon sign in Denver, CO.

San Francisco’s nightlife just got a serious upgrade, and it’s not another trendy rooftop bar or pretentious speakeasy. The Hall, a brand new billiards lounge nestled in the Mission District, is here to revolutionize how we spend our evenings.

More Than Just Pool Tables

Forgot everything you know about dingy pool halls. This spot is serving up sophisticated vibes with eight professional Diamond Billiards tables, moody ambient lighting, and cocktails that’ll make your taste buds do a happy dance. We’re talking globally inspired street food like Brazilian cheese bread bites and tandoori chicken kabobs that’ll perfectly complement their creative drink menu.

CocktailAlchemy

The drink menu is where things get seriously interesting. Imagine sipping on a Black Manhattan or a passionfruit whiskey sour made with Kikori Japanese whisky while strategically plotting your pool shot. Local brews ranging from $7-$9 and reasonably priced wines at $12 per glass mean you won’t need to sell a kidney to have a good time.

Community Meets Creativity

Founders Modi Shantharam, Yuko Takahashi, and Joina Liao aren’t just opening another bar – they’re creating a social destination. Their vision? A space that bridges the gap between high-end cocktail culture and the timeless appeal of billiards. Whether you’re a pool shark or just looking to connect with friends, The Hall promises an experience that’s uniquely San Francisco.

Located at 2565 Mission Street, they’re open Sunday through Thursday from 5 pm to midnight, and Friday-Saturday until 1 am. Pool tables are first-come, first-served at $15 per hour, with group rates available. Time to level up your weekend plans, Bay Area.
