Tyler, the Creator Just Turned Golden Gate Park Into His Personal Hype Zone

TYLER THE CREATOR

San Francisco’s annual musical pilgrimage, Outside Lands, just got a serious sonic upgrade courtesy of Tyler, the Creator. Despite the city’s signature chilly embrace, the rapper brought enough heat to make even Karl the Fog break a sweat.

In a performance that could only be described as epic, Tyler blazed through a 20-song set that was part concert, part temperature control experiment. “It’s cold as (expletive) in this (expletive),” he proclaimed, before proceeding to warm up the crowd with tracks from his latest albums “Chromakopia” and “Don’t Tap the Glass”.

A Musical Journey Through the Cold

The setlist was a masterclass in crowd control, featuring bangers like “Big Poe,” “Sugar on My Tongue,” and fan favorites “EARFQUAKE” and “NEW MAGIC WAND”. Tyler didn’t just perform; he transformed Golden Gate Park into his personal musical playground.

More Than Just a Performance

Beyond the music, the performance highlighted Tyler’s unprecedented popularity. Having just completed a massive arena tour in Northern California, he still managed to pack Outside Lands with fans hungry for more of his unique sound.

Supporting Acts That Slayed

The festival wasn’t just about Tyler. Artists like Ludacris, Wallows, and rising star Gracie Abrams also brought their A-game, proving that Outside Lands continues to be a musical buffet of epic proportions.
