The Golden State Warriors were on the brink of another forgettable night, trailing by 10 points with just minutes left in the game, when their superhero Stephen Curry decided to remind everyone why he’s basically basketball royalty.

Chef Curry Serves Up Another Masterpiece

In a performance that would make even Michael Jordan tip his hat, Curry unleashed a 49-point bombardment against the San Antonio Spurs that was nothing short of pure magic. He wasn’t just playing basketball; he was conducting a symphony of shots, draining 9 of 17 three-pointers like they were layups.

Bench Players: More Than Just Warm Seats

While Curry was doing his thing, the Warriors’ bench finally decided to show up to the party. Gary Payton II and Brandin Podziemski combined for 12 crucial points in the second half, proving they’re more than just decorative furniture on the sidelines. Podziemski, who had been shooting about as accurately as a blindfolded archer, suddenly transformed into a sharpshooter when it mattered most.

A Team Saved by One Man’s Brilliance

Let’s be real: without Curry, the Warriors would’ve been looking at another loss. His teammates were shooting so poorly in the first half that they made amateur street ballers look like professionals. Curry single-handedly dragged the team to a 109-108 victory, scoring 31 points in the second half and proving once again why he’s the Bay Area’s basketball messiah.
