Another day, another Trump social media meltdown. Fresh off his latest conspiracy theory tour, the former president is stirring up drama over California’s Prop 50 redistricting vote - and surprise, he thinks it’s “rigged”.
The Usual Trump Playbook
In a classic move that has become his political signature, Trump took to Truth Social to declare the upcoming election a “GIANT SCAM” without offering a shred of evidence. His primary target this time? Mail-in voting, which he claims unfairly disadvantages Republicans - conveniently ignoring that he’s the one who consistently discouraged his own base from using this voting method.
No Evidence, No Problem
Despite Prop 50 polling 20 percentage points ahead and looking like a near-certain victory, Trump is already threatening “legal and criminal review”. It’s almost like he’s playing political Mad Libs, randomly generating accusations of voter fraud whenever an election doesn’t go his way. The Hill attempted to get clarification from the White House, but unsurprisingly, they heard crickets.
The Ongoing Election Drama
With Trump sending election monitors across California and preemptively crying foul, it’s clear that his post-presidential strategy remains consistent: create chaos, sow doubt, and keep his base riled up. Whether these claims have any merit is beside the point - it’s all about maintaining a narrative of perpetual victimhood.
Stay tuned, folks - this political circus is just getting started.
